Same routine again today, run a bit, breakfast a bit, run a bit more, busy day at work. I have been watching Top Gear while running on the treadmill and enjoying it.
Tried to buy that IKEA chair today. Have shifted from the grey fabric version to the brown one that I hope is not as cheap and shiny as it looks. We think the brown will cl@sh 1 less in the lounge. However the brown one is not available at the moment. Will hang on a bit. It does look a bit shiney and vinyly in most of the pictures but it's the same material as this one and the close-ups of the material look OK. Yes I would like that sofa too but we definitely don't have room for that.
I am acing the push-ups, I overtook Clare for a bit, but she will catch up again. She's working a few lates in a row now, but she has time to exercise in the morning, and she has discovered the gym at work. Really pleased that I have picked up from the feeble start to the month and I can now do the push-ups with ease. I will have to pick up the number. Maybe 200 a day by next month?
Prince Andrew eh? What an ambassador for the UK.
