I did over a hundred push ups yesterday, that is getting easier. I came up with an idea to make my own tracking app for challenges like this that I will work on over the weekend I think. The one we're using is too hard to use. Will be a good opportunity to do some coding for me.
With the runuary challenge I did a similar thing as the last few days, got up and did 2km while thing one was having his breakfast, but then accidentally saved that run. So I did 2km more while thing two was having breakfast, then another 3km at lunch. So about 7km all in but at least it shows as 5km in one go on Strava.
Day of meetings at work and I find I am in a minority on a couple of decisions. These things do tend to work out in the long run though I'm sure I will be vindicated.
Off to Tesco now for more alcohol free gin and tonics, they're quite good!
