Back on the treadmill again today, as the boys are here and won't come out with me. Is a much nicer day today. My 5km done just before lunch, not too early. Then done some cooking for the week and will do a bit of tidying. A bit of messing about on the computer means I have not done the little bit of DIY I wanted yet, with the new motion-sensitive remote controlled decorative lights for the study. We'll go for a walk now, then I will have a go while they are gaming.
Hmm, the boys want to do the treadmill instead of going out, and I nearly think it's a good idea, but I'm overruling them...
