Blog2021 ≫ Help Are Own First

This is awesome1. I saw my first dinghy crossing of the channel yesterday. You hear a lot about them but funnily enough don't see very many of them. We were walking into Folkestone but you could see the dinghy about a kilometre off shore even from the house, it was directly opposite Seabrook. They were intercepted by someone or other. We saw police and border force and the coastguard and even the home office. Everyone who had binoculars was having a good look too. It inspired me to donate, Help Are Own First12 and you should too.

We saw more artworks on our long walk into town and had a nice lunch in Sunshine Barbecue and a little shop up. I bought some interesting alcohol free beers for the week from the Market Square deli. To compensate I got a wine delivery too. I love pay day weekend.

I was at a secret gig twenty-one years ago today, Pulp's warmup for Reading Festival at Highbury Garage.
