No, of course not. I did get an email, there's nothing positive in it for me. I had shares in the company you may remember, there was a management buy out, they bought half my shares (good, I already had that money last year), and of the remainder they would buy half of them and give me the money later, and then the final half of half (a quarter if you will) I keep. When I left I had to sell back the shares at market value, when the company was ready...
To be fair I've already had as much money out of them as I ever thought all the shares were worth. I did think there would be more money on the way in yearly tax effective chunks, but not sure if / when I'll see any more now.
