Bit of a lie in, then I fancied an even longer run today, how far could I go? I ran to the other end of Hythe (just about 5km on its own) and came back, could I get to Folkestone? My knee had other ideas and started feeling a bit funny just as I came past Sandgate, so I thought it best to stop. Don't think I even beat my Strava distance record, but it was over 10km anyway.
Cakes at Orchard Lane on the way back, apart from that not much to report. Weather got too horrible for our planned fresh air with the boys, so I ironed and hoovered and watched TV.
Got a Nine Dragons for tea and we might take a chance on something new on TV tonight.
This week ought to go quite fast, should be busy enough at work to make sure of that, plus the early busy mornings and early nights. Then Friday brings pay day and the proper end of dryanuary too.
I saw Brewdog using the word Febrewery today, I'm sure I made that one up.
