Blog ≫ 2020 ≫ I made another rubbish game
Or rather Jackie (our elf on the shelf who visits at this time of the year) has arrived with a game. Or is arriving today with a game and this is the game. It probably doesn't work on your modern ipads and phones yet I've only written it for keyboard, ◀️ to go left and ▶️ to go right. I am looking forward to finding out what that sprout in the screenshot does.
It's based on a game I used to have on the Pebble watch, which someone has also made for our TV. The boys have been playing it and liked it and I thought "I can do that!". This is the first one using canvas I've written entirely myself instead of cribbing most of it from someone else's game.
Surprised to hear the Brexit negotiations are not going well, who would have thought?
