I really did tidy the study, so that's gone from my todo list over there on the right. In fact the list itself probably disappears until I set myself some new ones. Maybe I'll convert this shopping list to a todo list then:

Yeah there's a new item on there, the Raspbee raspberry pi / zigbee interface2 which I'll save for pay day or something. I have set up the PIR in the study, so the lights come on when I go in. Unfortunately they go off if I stay still for too long, and I want to hack that a bit. So I need a thing to intercept the signal from the PIR and apply my own rules. Not an urgent one at all, if it gets dark I just have to wave my arm or hit the remote control button on the desk, but still it could be improved.
Thing one is getting on OK with his school work from home today, though he's a bit bored and missing his friends. I did not go out, as he cannot, but I found the time to do a treadmill run at lunch.
Back to work again! Back later with gig anniversaries for this day, The Darkness and PJ Harvey I think.
