Blog ≫ 2020 ≫ Worst 10k ever
Tried to run 10k today. Got as far as the Harbour Arm and took a breather, that's 5k, then ran back in tiny chunks taking a few pictures on the way. They are up to the first floor on the new harbour development now, it looks like this:

That boardwalk of railway sleepers is there already, I ran along that today. I stopped too many times on the way back, my heart wasn't in it, and just could not keep up the 10k, so stopped after eight and walked the rest of the way.
350 broken links today, I will do a little more work on this. Anything to avoid doing more painting or gardening. Actually it is sunny out there and I might try and clear another sack.
Clare has suddenly suggested to the boys that they should get a PS5 for christmas1. Not sure where this idea came from, but it is not even available for pre-order yet. I will have to keep an eye out as thing one especially is very excited by the idea. I think thing two is still so much more into the Nintendo Switch but it won't be long before he just wants to kill things.
Every time I buy a Sony thing don't I say "I'm never buying another Sony thing"? TV, camera, stereo, they always abandon their tech while I still have the hardware. I will look like the grinch if I can't get one though...
