We have visitors due imminently and our vacuum cleaner has stopped working! It is less than two years old but did I register the warranty..? Hmm.
The Dyson v11 is failing in the same way the original cordless one did. It's cutting out for some reason. I have managed to register it now, we bought it in April last year so the warranty is good. Can't get through on the phone but have emailed them. I've tried all the help and support guides but it's still busto.
I recommend you do not buy a Dyson until you hear back from me. I'm sure the UK's richest man will be crying himself to sleep at these words.
Lots of people might say don't buy a Dyson anyway because of how staff ar being treated and his views on Brexit.
No new info expected from work until Tuesday regarding redundancy.
