Blog2020 ≫ Coastal park is open again

Quite nice out there, so for a change in exercise (and to get him away from the screen) I took thing two to the coastal park. It's open again now and he had a whale of a time. We cycled there and back, luckily just in time to pick thing one up from school.

I just submitted their independent projects they've been doing to the school. They've done really nice work on paper which we put in binders. And then realised the school don't want any paperwork sent in to school in case it is virus-laden. So I had to scan it all in and it took a while. Would have been easier to do the whole thing on the computer to start with.

Strange to be home at this time on a Friday. Pre coronavirus days I'd have been at the Inn Doors, and recently we've had a routine of a long walk and a Firkin Alehouse delivery. Not today though, we're doing that tomorrow.

Oh we went out last night did I already say this? We had a proper sit down at Luben and it was great. I pigged out on the vegan meatballs starter and a pizza to follow. Then I walked home from there, Clare drove back, so I stopped in at Home too. It's very quiet, no-one else is risking the pubs yet.
