Twenty five years ago today I was at Beetle Bash.
Today I tried to clean the balcony, isn't looking like too bad a job from here. Vinegar in the water to rinse it might have done the trick.
This morning we did Joe Wicks, it's going to end soon, only a couple of weeks to go.
Is there any value in these figures any more? Was there ever?

Weather is lovely again today. Was nice going for a walk last night just before tea and seeing people swimming and out on paddle boards and things at the end of the day. Today lots of people were set up for barbecues on the beach, making a day of it. I went for a run, and I think I did my fastest "post op"1 5k. UPDATE: confirmed my quickest one logged here since my record parkrun at the end of January.
Trying something a bit different today, we're going to collect thing one from school and then go for our exercise, to the woods. Otherwise he doesn't get enough exercise, they just sit on games consoles until tea time and then they're not tired enough at bed time. This has resulted in them faffing about too much and even getting up again not being able to sleep.
