Blog2020 ≫ Martin Lewis says I could be furloughed until October

Well he says the furlough scheme could be extended until then1.

I just tried The game on my phone, as I made some changes to it but couldn't really test it until it was published. It works, technically, just tap the screen to jump. But the game is a bit big so you can't see the obstacles until it's too late. I will make changes to turn it landscape instead of portrait. Also a bundle of work to make it more efficient I think, and then of course to make it look good and be fun. Then, after that, I will put in the ideas I really wanted. Oh yes I have real game ideas, this was just the easiest kind of thing to make first. If I'm furloughed until October I'll have plenty of time to go viral, and still got plenty of money left to pay the bills too!

Ah BBC has the details now, and if employers have to part fund it that might make a difference as to whether I will be doing it or not. Looks like still not having to think about the future until the end of July though.

Shopping done, took ages.

The boys have done some nice creative writing today, despite their complaints about starting it.
