Blog2020 ≫ I didn't want to fly to the USA anyway

Oh, how confusing, Donald Trump is blocking flights from Europe to the USA, but exempting the UK. Why would that be? Because of a special relationship? Because we're not part of the mainland? I should read the story before I leap to conclusions about how stupid he is. It's only travellers from the countries in the Schenghen border free travel area border free travel area. So is it really about coronavirus..? Or is it because Schenghen sounds like part of China?

Heard from Jules in Denmark this morning, they're locking down tighter there like they did in Italy this week. He's due to be coming here for the Portsmouth game at Wembley in a few weeks, wondering now if that will still happen. If it does will they play it with no crowd?

Imagining there will be more of a lockdown, but for now I'm planning to go to the Inn Doors tonight and tomorrow, and have weekend plans, and have a PTA meeting on Monday.

Today's update from worldometers1; UK has 456 reported cases, 8 deaths and 18 have recovered. Denmark (with it's lower population) have 514 cases, no deaths, and 1 recovered. China has the most cases still, and Italy has the most cases relative to population size.
