One of the mums shouted "it was sheep poo!" at me on the way to school today. Let me explain...
There is a regular disgusting dog poo alley between here at the school, one little bit of Hospital Hill under the old railway bridge where for some reason dogs stop to have a poo. I have two people in mind who are allowing their dogs to do this, but to be honest I tar all dog owners with this same disgusting brush. This week for a change though there was also what looked like rabbit poo on the pavement. I commented with another mum on the school run, how strange, who has got a rabbit and is taking it for a poo here? She has now heard from someone else that it's not rabbit, it is sheep. There are sheep in a field up the lane just off hospital hill, and one escaped last week. I'm not surprised it did what it did having to navigate a fairly hairy corner there. Anyway mystery now solved.
