Man alive it's wet out there. Wet and windy and cold, but was a good run. I went round Sandgate and back, just the bare 5k minimum today.
Still that is dry-vegan-runuary day fourteen done! Hmm I normally go with that as the headline don't I? I'll try again tomorrow.
