Nice.

Getting on OK with my new laptop, I have to learn the keys don't move quite as far so I need to tap less. The whole machine is thinner and lighter, but faster, so that's good. Keyboard is still a struggle, but it is only day two.

New chilli box arrived from Flaming Licks this morning, though did not have time to open it before work. Clare is all back to work now so I took the boys to school, then on to work myself. I covered the Beetle with it's waterproof cover last night for the first time - should have been doing this for the past few years I think. New battery has been fine yesterday and today, so I'm back in love with the beetle again. It's going in for an MOT tomorrow though so will see what happens there. If it's too bad I'm just going to push it in the sea.

Out for tea tonight at Brickfields for Jim's birthday. They do a "fake and ale pie" so looking forward to that.
