Blog2019 ≫ Productive night in

I made two curries last night, both disappointing though, shame. I did a fake chicken and a vegetable curry, one from the Spice Tailor range, that I had had great results with before1 and one Hungry Elephant Gun Powder Chilli Garlic2, but both were a little bland. I think I must have put too much stuff in each one. I had the Goan curry from Spice Tailor and it was great. Still nice enough, just not as good as last time. Ate too much and I have some leftover for today.

Also designed thing two a birthday cake based on his favourite game3. We will get it printed in the shop.

Apart from that just watched tv, Dublin Murders, Daybreak, and Last Leg.

I like this talk of veganarchy in the USSR, nice to have a positive story in the news.

Maybe a lazy day today. Think my cold has gone again, it didn't amount to much. If I'm feeling sprightly at lunchtime I might run instead, see how much ground I can cover before thing one comes home.

Stupid fitbit not syncing with phone properly means yesterday's parkrun didn't go on to Strava, so looks like I've been a bit lazy there this week. I have been a bit lazy, just not as lazy as that makes me look4.
