Blog2019 ≫ Local newspaper headline of the week

Nice one the Folkestone Herald, fill this bit in later...

Fitbit complaint of the week, wasn't syncing to my phone yesterday so no GPS on my lunchtime run, so counts for nothing. To be fair might be the app and not the fitbit itself. In the office today just so I will be motivated to go for a lunchtime run today. Normally I'd work from home to do school runs, but those lovely boys are still not here! Spoke to them last night and they're having a lovely time.

As another unusual half term treat I got a takeaway from the Clay Oven for my tea and I have some left for lunch.

Watched the Great South Run on TV, as Clare had recorded it for me. Crikey those leading runners were doing four and a half minute miles all the way round. I am aiming at a four and a half minute kilometre.
