Blog2019 ≫ Reason three to hate the fitbit

I'd got over measuring my 10k run "off to one side" of where I was really running the other day, so I missed all the Strava segments. Then I'd come to terms with it turning itself at no notice yesterday, so not counting my 14k run at all. Today's fun trick was pausing the run part way round, so when I checked my progress at the nearly home point it was still blinking away at 2.5km. Luckily I had the Garmin on too and it had enough juice to log the run.

I'd actually forgot two other reasons to be annoyed, it has been short measuring my runs recently. AND they have abandoned the music transfer part of the watch, the main reason I went for this one.

Fitbit Versa I do not recommend you.

5k: Five km, just over three miles to you.

10k: Ten km, just over six miles to you. Sometimes talking about 10,000 steps though, an arbitrary daily step-count target.
