Blog2019 ≫ No-one ever watched so much of the BBC parliament channel

Instead of the usual hour of crime drama, we watched the "debates" on the BBC parliament channel yesterday. Great to see parliament sieze back control from the coup, and it be passed, and to hear the snap election was not foisted on us. And now it looks like bill designed to stop a no-deal brexit will not be fillibustered by the house of lords either.

Obviously don't trust Boris Johnson not to have another trick up his sleeve to try and force an election now as a way of distracting from stopping the no-deal brexit.

My work went live yesterday though no bookings yet. My work is mostly not visible there, it is not the design of that page, it is joining up all the systems in the back end to enable the products to be contracted and sold in Swiss Francs (CHF) rather than our normal Euros or Pounds.

Day four of school started much as normal, number two very tired and cranky, number one in complete meltdown, and not just over the socks. Roll on the weekend.

New bulbs from IKEA arriving in the next couple of hours! Is it normal to be excited about light bulbs?
