It's lunchtime I need to go out for a walk but I am feeling sluggish... Yesterday I did not even make 10k for the first time this year, the first time of missing out on 10,000 steps while not actually sick in years. It was all the traveling and then being so tired that did it. I think I put on over a kilo while on holiday, so two or three pounds... I will go out walking now, but this is time when I could be writing up our holiday. I hope I'm not in danger of forgetting details before I do. I have loads of pictures, hundreds, to prompt me and help get the things in order but maybe a few bullet points now to help me remember:
10k: Ten km, just over six miles to you. Sometimes talking about 10,000 steps though, an arbitrary daily step-count target.
