The polling cards did not arrive in time for the last vote, and nor did they this time. I am suspicious, if turnout is lower, this could be why. If the polling cards were only delivered in the brexit loving areas I would not be surprised. We get to go and vote today in the European elections, but I don't even know where to go. I assume it is at the Fountain again.
