Blog2019 ≫ I hope this is not a cold

Clare has a cold, and the boys are sneezing a lot. Now I am sneezing and I have a sore throat and my nose is running. Kind of typical in time for our little half term break. I do not generally get colds and if I do it will pass quickly. But I don't feel good today. Going to try some hay-fever meds and see if that helps.

Also I walked to the Inn Doors last night as Clare thought some takeaway cider from there might be good for her cold. It was shut. Kind of expected though, I wasn't sure they opened on Mondays at all, but I was out for a walk anyway. However I went on from there to the Sandgate village stores, and that was not just shut but boarded up! It was open on Friday? What goes on? Has the zombie apocalypse started?

It's very nice out today, very warm and sunny for my lunchtime walk.
