Blog2019 ≫ Endgame was great

While Clare was out vote counting again, we went to Dover to the cinema to see the new Avengers film. And it was awesome! No spoilers here but I will leave myself some hidden notes about things I particularly enjoyed. Three hours long so obviously the little one needed two toilet breaks in that, but we didn't miss much. Before seeing it I thought "how can they pad it out that long" but once it gets going it's like they're fitting several films in there. It could have gone longer.

Save yourself a bit of time and don't wait through the credits looking for a sneaky extra scene, there is not one. There is a little bit of extra audio, but I would not say it is that rewarding.

We planned to have a Nandos after, but were defeated by time. The film is so long and we were there in time for all the adverts too. You're only allowed four hours in the car park there (and it cost me nearly four quid, so should probably have gone to Ashford instead) so we just had time for a vegan sausage roll and then grabbed some food for later from the Iceland. We didn't really have time for this actually, we went over our four hours but I think we got away with it.
