Blog2019 ≫ My fitbit hates me

Actually left the house to run today, the old old route past Waitroise and back along Princes Parade. It's nice out, a little breezy into my face on the way back but felt very warm again by the time I'd stopped. So how did I do? NO IDEA because the fitbit turned itself off part way round! I just checked and it has counted 5k. I plugged it in and it came back on with 35% battery so it's not that. Gah.

Clare has the day off today and has gone out with the boys while I work from home. I don't normally get time to exercise on a Thursday, but no school runs today because it's half term. Got the day off next Thursday too, I said I'd take the boys to play tennis. Even the younger one is very keen to exercise at the moment. He is putting being sick last week down to being unhealthy. Grandpa took them to mcdonalds yesterday and now he wants to exdercise off the unhealthy food, good boy! THey both had a go on the treadmill, little one has done some weights, and we have played basketball and trampoline in the garden every day recently.

5k: Five kilometres, about three miles to you.
