Boys have done homework and lots of tidying today. Shopping has been delivered, we're going to make some vegan banana muffins now then I will try and drag them out on their bikes. They're not keen despite the dangled carrot of a cake in Orchard Lane.
Clare is also bringing a vegan cake back from work later, it could be a fairly cake heavy day.
I got back on the treadmill at least this morning.
