Blog2019 ≫ Disappointing day in Canterbury really

I had a lovely lunch in Posillipo, they have a great vegan menu. And Clare enjoyed hers too, and it was all vegan before she put the parmesan on so we were able to share. The boys were not best behaved in there though. If they had swapped dinners it might have been better, it was a bit too authentic for them, they don't like too much mozzarella, particularly the youngest one and he really kicked off. This meant no treats of sweets or cakes or anything later, which I was really looking forward to. Also we didnt find a nice new hoodie for the elder beast. And Clare dropped a £20 note somewhere too.

However, records were broken this morning on the park run, I got a new pb of 22:591, yes broken through the twenty three minute barrier. It felt like a good run, though I did seem to be mostly running into the wind. No knee pain, and I remembered to charge my headphones.

A quiet evening tonight I think, neither of us going out.
