Loads of pancakes including gluten free pancakes, dairy free pancakes, and gluten free crumpets as an alternative. Not a one of them vegan though. To be fair it is an egg based time of year for most people, and not an important festival for me.
Thing one is having HUMMUS on one of his pancakes later, I'm sure that will be nice..
