Blog2019 ≫ Slightly grey start to half term

It's a bit damp and miserable out there, but the boys won't be doing much today. Today I am working from home, so they are going to grandpa's house. Tomorrow Clare is off, then Wednesday my half term starts. Not sure what we're up to yet, I am going to try and find some time to do a little decorating touching up. Also some bike riding practice, and then hopefully swimming on Friday.

I expect we'll be listening to the Lego Movie 2 soundtrack, it's been on repeat quite a lot...

I did a second exercise programme on the treadmill yesterday, programme six which is a warmup. It stays slow for quite a while but gradually built up to a proper speed. I think I prefer the interval training style of the other programme. Still with that and our walk around Folkestone warren that was a lot of exercise for one day. Here's a picture, I like it, but it doesn't really show how nice a day it was. There will be more in the usual place showing thing one's climbing and the awesome subterranea we found.
