Cycled in part way to work to get my lift, and it's really cold out there. Didn't see any ice on the ground until I cut through Holman's Field, where the food festivals were. Avoided the ice successfully. My knee is burning a bit today, and it was yesterday too. That will be yesterday's lunchtime run I think. Have to see how it is in the morning for the park run.
People at work were talking about snow yesterday, I did try hard to see it but I think it was light sleet at best round our way.
Bidding on another treadmill, I have gone up to a max bid of £300 this time, though I think this one is only £500 new1. If I win it at the top end and then can't fit it in the car I'm going to end up out of pocket... I was watching an auction for the same thing, but in London, and it ended at £250 yesterday, so hopefully ours will be the same.
Swimming was ok yesterday, though I think he has taken quite a step back over the festive break.
