Blog2018 ≫ A new PB this morning

Lovely morning for the park run this morning, with none of the rush of last week. I got a new PB of 23'54, my full stats are here1 so got to be pleased with that. I saw a few people too, including an old neighbour who I didn't speak to, and thing one's teacher and our window cleaner who I did. The teacher moved to Dubai in the summer, he's doing well out there, don't think he is tempted to come back to our school again.

I got out of work extra early yesterday, too early for the Inn Doors, so walked to Folkestone first and the Bouverie Tap. It was good, made a better impression than on my last visit, but suddenly got too busy. Was very popular, especially with some office groups who didn't seem to have been there before. I headed to the Inn Doors after this and was home in time for Clare to go out at half seven.
