Blog2018 ≫ Armistice memorial on the White Cliffs

Went to a memorial event for the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. They lit up South Foreland Lighthouse for the first time in years. Also did a night time tour of Fan Bay Deep Shelter1, have wanted to go down there for ages, so that was great.

Also went for a run yesterday afternoon and seemingly made great time, an average kilometer of under five minutes. Think I had the wind slightly at my back while running back along Princes Parade. Got back just in time for Emma and Jeff's visit, now they have a car I hope they will pop round more often.
