Just talking at work about the supposed Bill And Ted sequel (threequel?) and it reminded me of a flash of inspiration I had the other day. Back To The Future is just perfect for a reboot isn't it? Not a sequel, but a remake. Everything gets remade (they're even messing with Buffy damn it) so I won't get too precious about how it should not be touched. The remake would see Marty going back to the 1980s instead of the 1950s, and inventing hip-hop or something. The Delorean would be replaced by a Tesla.
This is my idea, ok, just remember that, no-one had this idea yet.
