There is a regular 5k run in Folkestone1, 9am every Saturday, maybe that is for me! I do not feel I will be competitive, as I said I was slower today than usual. It's about getting the miles (kilometres) under my belt so that I know, come the zombie apocalypse, I cam run for my life.
Now to learn how to run carrying two boys and a wife on my back, I would hate to have to leave them behind.
