Went up to Hoxton for the day and had a great time. Came back to Folkestone in time to go to the pub at the Firkin Alehouse, the Troubador, and Kipps Ale House. Tried to go in the Ship for one but they were having none of it. They were still serving, but only to people who were already in the pub not to new arrivals, our face just didn't fit. Everywhere else after that was closed. A good day despite the unpleasantness at the Ship.
