Up out and walking to Sandgate at 6am this morning. I didn't set my alarm especially, but I had the idea that if I did wake up early I'd go out. Thursdays are always difficult to get a lunchtime walk in because of school pickups, but today is even harder. I can't go out after tea because Clare is going out to watch the football. So what with taking them swimming (number one son will be pleased to be back there) I have little opportunity to get my step count up. With this morning's little stroll I should be on track to hit my target, even though I'll be struggling in the work week hustle.
Mum is out of hospital again though and all is good so far.
