Olivia Court are the "new" flats on the sea front in front of our house that have been there for a few years now. Next to the petrol station and the currently empty restaurant. This development is two three storey blocks currently with underground parking. Why did they not build them four storeys at the time?
Is it storeys or stories?
Surely they won't get permission for this. Where would the extra parking go that the extra flats would need?
