Heading off to work this morning and I could not move the beetle. Started fine but just wouldn't move, handbrake was seized on. Handle moved up and down but actual brake stuck on. It's done this once before to me, but I couldn't physically move the car to shake it loose because my neighbours were parked up close. Once they had gone out for the day I could rock the car back and forth without risk of pushing it into them, so all good. However I am not working from home.
