There has been something wrong with the waste pipe from the sink in the en-suite possibly since the house was built, it's been dripping since then... It's only recently since the tap has started dripping so water has been flowing all the time that it has become more noticeable. The plumber was great, he has sorted that, fixed the dodgy u-bend and will be back next week to do new taps too.
