Had a little chat via video conference, I was expecting them to say "here is some money" they were expecting me to say "here is how it all worked, for free", it was a bit of a stalemate I think.
It's a fairly simple idea really, there is not a lot to talk about that is not "this is specifically how it all works". I've talked this through with a lot of people over the years, and it has tended to just waste my time. They seem like nice people and I hope their idea is a success, but all I really have left is my memories and dreams, I can't just give them away.
