I have no memory of this gig specifically, but I do remember going to this week of gigs. I was working at NME at the time, we were broadcasting the gigs on the website or something and also doing webchats with the bands, that was one of the things I did myself. I don't remember talking to Travis, The Hybrids, or Unbelievable Truth but I remember seeing Tiny from Ultrasound around and they were on this bill. One of my friends has a scanned in ticket or pass or something for this gig. We all went to all the gigs all week as I remember, via some dubious sharing and duplicating of passes and laminates...
I miss the Astoria we went to a lot of good things there.
Also this week were Super Furry Animals and Stereophonics who I do remember doing web chats with, and others that just escape me. I can remember sitting on a table in the LA2 and doing the typing while they did the reading and talking.
