Went to John Lewis first, that was nice actually. Am not in the market for a TV but looked at TVs anyway. Wooed by all the Sony TVs, but I must stay strong and remember never to buy another Sony thing, they always let me down with their non-standard ways and end up failing me. There are some good TVs out there though.
Bought a christmas tree, well Clare did. Her first ever artficial tree. The boys each bought themselves a decoration out of money from my Nan too.
Tried to go into the outlet centre, where we had a lunch reservation and had plans to get boys shoes, but just could not actually get in the place. The car park and the overflow car park were full, we were turned away. Made new lunch plans for the town centre and it took us forever to get there because of stupid Ashford traffic. Ashford is rubbish.
Had a nice lunch though in Pizza Express and then went to Flip Out the trampoline centre. The boys had a good time, they have a real Ninja Warrior course there. They both had a go but are too small for it, it's aimed at ten-plus.
Preparing for the first day back after half term tomorrow, that went quickly, so baths and ironing uniforms and things. Might treat myself to a takeaway though for tea, and then Robot Wars and Strictly...
