Feeling guilty as I did not provide a birthday feast at work. We were on holiday, so I missed it. Unfortunately so did all the other July birthdays, so it was really noticeable (we only do a birthday spread once a month). I went to Morrisons this morning and bought loads of doughnuts and cakes and things, and a token bit of fruit. I totally forgot to get my own lunch while I was there though, so looks like I am eating three doughnuts and that token bit of fruit...
