They have a new notice, no picnics allowed. They will search your bags on the way in and point out that you can't eat that food inside Dreamland, they want you to use the concessions. However there is clearly a picnic area there, tables set out. We took a picnic, we ate our picnic, I recommend you take a picnic too.
