I don't think Thomson / TUI deserve too much credit for this trip, it's all down to the MarBella itself and their staff. Little "extras" we got with our package like the taxi transfer (no hoi-polloi bus for us) are standard at the hotel. The rep at the airport wasn't expecting us and our rep at the hotel was new in this role and had some slightly ropey info. We're thinking of trying to book independently next time! Wish us luck...
