During the PTA summer fair we had arranged to collect some ice from the local pub (The Fountain) for our own bar, though when we went over they didn't have much for us, so we had to go to the shop too... more importantly (to some) they had NO LAGER, they had not had a delivery. This is not a good sign for a pub is it? I think the previous time I went in they were out of quite a few things too. I was really expecting the pub to be imminently closing. However we had our last PTA meeting there too, they were still running, and the lager was back on.
I had lager in Sofia, where there was no choice. Am I going off the real ale again? Wondering about cancelling my CAMRA membership as I'm not getting anything out of it and they're not getting much out of me being a member...
