He's very proud, and so am I. It's a bit arbitrary though, a winner is picked out of the hat out of all the people who've had had merits this week. Each merit is a raffle ticket, in previous weeks he has had five for just one piece of work, usually there is one or two for good work. This week he confesses he only had one ticket all week, but he was the winner picked out. I suppose it all balances out.
