Another awesomely hot day today... This is record breaking weather I think, this little heatwave has been going on all week.
Diet day yesterday went OK. I was actually hungry all day, had a tasty meal but it just wasn't enough. We had a tofu stir-fry with boodles for a change. Yes, that's butternut squash noodles. It was tasty and all but just not enough food. I still have an oddly swollen stomach, it's either malnutrition, or just the amount of water I'm drinking in this heat. Or, the fact that I am eating twice as much on non diet days. Should have measured myself at the start of this shenanigans, I don't think it will have had any net benefit.
Car gone in to get that rattle looked at, hopefully just needs a spot of welding on the exhaust. As a result of this though I am working from home today, so that someone is here just in case while Clare is walking back from the garage, or back to the garage again to pick the car up...
