Clare passed it on her way to work this morning, it's a worker chiselling one of the stars off the EU flag, causing cracks across the whole thing. She says "it is awesome. Really big and bright. You can see it from quite a way back. Much better than the Folkestone one" A few of these have popped up in Kent. Our famous Folkestone Banksy still hasn't reappeared yet, though it's meant to be on it's way back, after being cut out to be sold.
